The Pico Robertson area stretches from Beverly Blvd. until La Cienega, this is about a Half hour walk from top to the bottom.

There are A few great places for you to stay in Pico in walking distance to Kosher restaurants, Shuls and Hotels.

This is a public park which on a cool day is a pleasant walk

from The Crown Plaza, The Marriot, and

Mr.C Hotels. Great park for little kids with large jungle gym areas and large
grassy open spaces and plenty of shady trees.

 

 

BethJacob Park:

This small private gated park attached to the Beth Jacob
Shul is perfect for small children and is not a known public park but is open
to the Jewish community and has a nice
jungle gym, grass, and benches. This park is centrally located on the
corner of Doheny and Olympic and is a very nice walk from the Carlyle Hotel on
Robertson.

Things to do in Santa Monica:

Bike rentals- There are many different bike rental
businesses all along the beach in Santa Monica and Venice beach and there is a
nice long bike path along the beach to ride on!

 

The Santa Monica Pier- The Pier is an exciting tourist
attraction filled with roller coasters a Ferris wheel, an arcade, and carnival
games. There is also a Coffee Bean on the pier although prices at this location
are significantly increased.

 

Fish Grill Malibu- If you drive down Pacific Coast Highway
you will find the fish grill in Malibu right next to the Chabad in Malibu just
steps from the water and right off the side of the road. This is a fun place to
stop for a bite or to pick up snacks for a picnic on the beach.
