Beverlywood Notary Public
Hi, I’m Hedda Wess, founder of Above The Line Notarial Services. I’m a California background-screened, licensed, bonded and E &O insured Notary Public. I am offering my notarization services 24/7, for those who need last minute Power of Attorney, Deeds, Affidavits, Advance Health Care Directives, hospital visits, airports, courtrooms, and yes, for some, even incarceration. My travel fees will be FREE of charge within 5 miles of Beverlywood.
I am a Beverlywood resident whose daughter attended Orthodox schools, from elementary all through college, including one year in Israel.
Many here in the community may remember my video work producing tribute films for Maimonides Academy and Bar Ilan, honoring the wonderful Nagel and Feder’s, where there wasn’t a dry eye in the house after seeing their remarkable stories of survival.
I was a court television producer, working on such shows as “Judge Alex”, “Cristina’s Court” & Judge Judy’s “Hot Bench”. I also won 2 Emmy’s for my work as Civilian Producer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, booking real estate and business moguls, news breaking stories and entrepreneurs. I was responsible for overseeing the signatures of all my guests on appearance releases and making sure they were who they said they were based on credible ID presented.
What I witnessed behind the scenes about true real estate investing and the importance of how protecting your signature can make or break your life.
I made the decision to be a California Notary as my experience is personal. For over 25 years I lived the life of finding creative ways to structure loans, offers and sales, probates and fixers. I learned the hard way what it truly takes to get a loan, manage tenants, refinance, how to acquire title, power of attorney’s, 1031 exchanges, and the importance of getting documents notarized properly.
Preserving the confidentiality of my clients, from high profile people, celebrities to Studio executives, to their elderly parents, college bound kids, adoptions, brings comfort to those I serve. I look forward to serving you. All the best, Hedda Wess
