YOGA on zoom Mondays
Hi All,
I am hoping you have all been able to take care of yourself and your loved ones in these dynamic and difficult times. I am grateful that this community has been able to continue despite the circumstances. It’s brought me much joy to get to practice together, even on zoom.
Our new series will begin next week and the dates are below. Please let me know by the end of this week if and which series you’re joining for and how you will be making payment. I am moving houses next month so please let me know if you’re paying through check and send it ASAP.
If you’re not able to make any dates or some, as you know, you can receive the recording. Please note that after 7 days the recordings automatically gets deleted, so you can practice anytime the week after receiving it.
I am beyond grateful that you all continue to join classes and it brings me joy to keep this community alive. Thank you for your support and dedication.

Mondays and Wednesday – 8:30am – 9:30am
Each Session is 7 Weeks
Monday Series: Includes 7 Classes
Wednesday Series: Includes 7 Classes

Class 1 January 25th
Class 2 February 1st
Class 3 February 8th
Class 4 February 15th
Class 5 February 22nd
Class 6 March 1st
Class 7 March 8th
Total: $100
Wednesday series:
Class 1 January 27th
Class 2 February 3rd
Class 3 February 10th
Class 4 February 17th
Class 5 February 24th
Class 6 March 3rd
Class 7 March 10th
Total: $100
For Both Mon + Wed: $200
If you prefer to pay for just drop-in due to travel time or missing days you may pay the current drop-in rate of $20 per class on the first day or just when you come to the classes you are dropping into. If you are interested in a private session, feel free to reach out about this as well.

Policies
All classes and packages are final sale. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers. If you wish to attend a class outside of your package, it is considered a Drop-In rate at the $20 rate.
I advise you to look ahead, see how many classes you can commit to, and decide if it is better for you to commit to the series, or purchase single classes as you go. The discounted package rate is designed to reward you for practicing more often!
If you miss a group class on your package, there are no makeups.
(For Example: If you are only on the Monday Series, and you miss a Monday class, you cannot make it up on a Wednesday. The idea is that those who purchase the Monday and Wednesday Series have no other day to do a make up, so it isn’t fair to those who are supporting the class by paying for both series.)
If I am sick or have to miss a class due to an emergency, I will add a class on at the end of our series at no cost to you.
