By using Hillygram, you agree to these Terms.
- Use of Services
Hillygram is a community information platform serving the Jewish community of Los Angeles. We publish and distribute community news, event listings, minyanim times, Tehillim requests, classifieds, lost and found notices, and a local business directory.
We deliver these updates through our website and, for people who choose to subscribe, by email and text message.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the platform to:
- Submit spam or unsolicited commercial content
- Post fraudulent or deceptive material
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Distribute illegal content
- Impersonate another person or organization
- User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
- Messaging Compliance
Hillygram sends text messages only to people who have asked to receive them. We comply with the regulations that govern our messaging, including:

- A2P 10DLC messaging rules
- CAN-SPAM Act
We keep a record of each subscriber’s consent, honor opt-out requests promptly, and never add a number to our list without that person opting in.
If you submit content to Hillygram for publication, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it and that any personal information it contains was provided willingly.
- Email and SMS Communications
By using Hillygram, you acknowledge that our communication tools may include email messaging, SMS messaging, and automated notifications.
SMS Program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Hillygram, including community announcements, event and minyan updates, and service notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out. You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If you use Hillygram to send messages to others, you must ensure recipients have provided proper consent where required.
- Intellectual Property
All platform content including:
- software
- logos
- designs
- features
are owned by Hillygram or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Hillygram may modify or discontinue services at any time without liability.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillygram will not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- lost profits
- loss of data
- service interruptions
- Termination
